Last updated: May 1, 2026. By accessing or using CollegeLibrary ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CollegeLibrary provides web-based tools for library catalogues, members, circulation, and related workflows. Features may change as we ship improvements.

2. Access & activation

Self-serve signups receive a dedicated workspace. We may require commercial activation, payment, or other steps to keep product access available; we will communicate requirements before pausing access where practicable.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach other tenants, no interference with security or availability. You are responsible for accounts you create and for member data accuracy.

4. Data & exports

The Service is designed for day-to-day library operations in-app. Bulk export of your catalog or member data is not provided as a self-serve feature; lawful data requests may be handled through support. Operational receipts (for example fee payment PDFs) may be available where the product explicitly offers them.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Institutions should keep their own backups and compliance reviews appropriate to their context.
