• What is CollegeLibrary?

  CollegeLibrary is cloud library management for Indian colleges: catalog, circulation, members, fines, and payments in one web app.

• How do signups work?

  Self-serve signup creates a dedicated library workspace with full product access. Access may require later activation with our team depending on your deployment path.

• Where is data hosted?

  Your workspace uses a PostgreSQL database you configure (e.g. Neon) and Next.js on Vercel — you control the region and credentials via DATABASE_URL.

• Do you support UPI and INR?

  Yes. Staff record UPI, card, and cash against members with amounts in INR.

• Can students join themselves?

  Yes. Each library has QR-based join links keyed by your URL slug so students register with roll numbers and required profile fields.

• What if our workspace is paused?

  We may pause /app access until your institution completes activation (commercial or operational). Use the contact page to resume.

• Do you replace our ILMS completely?

  CollegeLibrary focuses on day-to-day circulation, members, and desk payments. Many colleges still keep legacy ILMS reads until cutover — we help plan that during onboarding.
